Mission Critical
Built To Perform - Designed For Deep-sea Certainty

Bellamare subsea enclosures are designed to be the part of your system you never have to think about. Built for extreme depth, long deployments, and real-world handling, they let you focus on the mission—not the housing. From rapid integration to proven reliability at sea, our enclosures keep critical electronics secure in the harshest environments. This is protection you can trust, dive after dive.
Hundreds of enclosures designed, built, and operated in real oceanographic missions
Subsea housings engineered for depth, appropriate safety margins, and long-duration exposure. Pressure testing is available to validate performance and build confidence prior to deployment.

We employ dual sealing strategies with complementary seal types, supported by controlled tolerances and precision-machined sealing surfaces. Our experience with high-pressure sealing beyond 4,000 m reflects the reality that reliable subsea sealing is never trivial.

Materials are selected for strength, corrosion resistance, and stability over time. Our designs leverage plastics, aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium to match the demands of each deployment.

We specialize in flat synthetic sapphire viewports, chosen for their optical clarity, mechanical strength, and predictable failure behavior under pressure. Designed as structural elements, our viewports are integrated with controlled interfaces and practical safety margins. Thanks to established supply chains, lead times for sapphire procurement are shorter than typically expected.

Serviceability is designed in from the start. Soft-tip extraction set screws and a through-bolt closure allow repeated opening without compromising the enclosure, while avoiding failure modes that can render housings unusable over time. Dissimilar metal interfaces are carefully managed, and connectors are selected based on long-term subsea reliability.

We start by understanding your mission, constraints, and operating environment, then design subsea housings that protect critical electronics and perform reliably in real-world ocean conditions.
